not everything, still training, just no supplements.
I find myself doing this every december. just has become a habit feels good to ramp up everything after a nice break coinciding with holidays, new years, it works well for me and family usually what happens is workouts start to suffer at about 3 weeks and then get worse real fast. weights go lower, my weight dips. joints feel better. then as it accelerates, workouts ramp up, and build higher then they were before almost like 1 step back to take 2 steps forward |
right on brother. I can't blame ya, and I know that feeling of coming off, it feels good in a way and then it kind of sucks.
