dont feel anything in the legs/knees from the db this weekend. but I am feeling the 20 rep squats
wow those are bad, at least they were today pre exhausted with seated leg curls looks like I was retaining a little water from the adrol, but my weight didnt fluctuate, but seems as though i tightened up a little from dropping it out last week. Still holding plenty of fat, but clothes are fitting loose through the waist, more so then a couple weeks ago. not a bad thing 227# weight this a.m. also noticed a little more libido since dropping the adrol as well. again not a bad thing |

thnks fellas. not such a poweful week for back and chest.
weak workouts, well not weak, but the top end weights just werent there got a good training session in at a gym a little south in between a clients pre judge and night show saturday did all my leg exercises first like machine curls, db ham curls etc and did squats dead last still got the same reps as last week when I did them first good stuff.!. |

weights are starting to climb again
decline press (smith) 4pps + 10 x 10 reps hammer strenght presses with additional plate, dead stops to boot off season actually starting to go as planned, now that I dropped some calories. feeling that the xtra, just bogged me down a little too much starting to move more poundages which will hopefully lead to more quality mass |
