stopped the curls
not much happening with it
gave it a shot
oh well

mindset shift real soon; @ 6 months trying again to qualify for olympia

@ 2 weeks before the cal restriction begins

also @ 2 weeks before the bigger sup push

right now using 300 kalpa test per week
