Anyone else having a issue?

I have tried putting several tickets in for hugetom and no reply in 5days, not normal. Dissatisfing!!!! I was really happy before.

Sorry everyone who waited a few days for my replies.

We did some changes/updates for our software which caused some tickets to be un-seen.

It is all good now, everyone got my reply.
