270 pound raw bench gain in 48weeks
Only ran 2 cycles. Body weight was from 185-230 from the first week to 48week. I went from 185-benching 185. To currently 225-benching 455 raw (475 straps etc ) .... I just want comments I feel like this is a major accomplishment or is this typical gains -I'm 20 years old.

The American juniors 20-23. 220 weight class record is 440 and in 242 weight class it's 446. -I will break both records when I do my first Nd second powerlifting comp
