Never used them together but was always told that you should use T4 with GH

Appreciate the reply. Not my area of expertise. Read a detailed article the other day that supported running T3 over T4, so I thought I'd solicit any members experience. Will need to do some more Google research on the subject.

Don't use t3 at all with GH use t4 only. 100-150mcg or so. GH increases T4 to T3 conversion and this process allegedly has some anabolic effects. You don't get these by taking straight T3. I've also seen a study concluding that T3 abolishes the positive effects of nitrogen retention of GH (essentially killing the anabolic effects).
