I am confused

Does the HGH peptide commonly prescribed at clinics even worth the money? The way I understand it, the peptide is NOT the real deal and missing the complete chain of amino acids. Is it worth even taking an HGH peptide or is this a gimmick?

Currently I am taking Somatropin 191aa.... 3IU per day...

Please clarify
