Well, mass is not number 1 priority but health so doing at least 2 times per week for 30 minutes cardio will make your hearth healthier and you will feel better which is more important than a few pounds of muscles more, however I dont think you will loose some muscles working this way.

youre probably right, my girl is getting dressed to go do some fasted cardio, so im gonna get off my lazy ass and go with her. im not working right now so i have time to do this everyday, and i should prob take advantage of this while i can.
