welcome bailey, if you want to get bigger, add some good carbs to your meals. deadlift, sqaut and bench press are priority as far as training.

I vary sometimes I do it with legs sometimes with back, however I observed that doing it with legs makes my body producing more testosterone.

protein lots of protein,L-Arginine500 L-ornithine 250 twice a day. t 400 denkall deca 300 bd, bdol at 25 mg a day for 4 weeks just stoped. cyp 250. i will use kreakalyn- Creatine when i'm finished the cycle and growth hormone pills called powerful and i take a multivitamin and extra vitamin E and Z
i take arimidex .5 eod and i got nolva and clomid when i come off. little bit all over the place hope u can understand. sorry about that |
oh yeah
milk thishle and liv 52 also i dont want to take the creatine and gh pills cause i dont want to much stuff in me at once all the pills try to go easy on the liver with the d bol and all and all the water retention i got a pretty nice build always have from genetics first then working out so i don't want to be nasty big just like another 20 pounds

looks good bailey, i am going to start d-bol soon (never tried it).other than that i use protein,bcaa,creatine and a pre workout shake.

yeah i got bcaa also but the d bol blew me up i put on 13 lbs in two weeks at 25 mg a day so i love it i only run it for 4 weeks tho i want to do it again at the end of my cycle still thinking on that one tho lol

13 pounds in two weeks would be great for me. i just always worry as to whether the stuff is real or not. i have allways been told that if you order it of an internet sight it is fake because its elligal to sell real stuff. a friend is supposed to get me some, i cant wait to try it. do you ever worry if it is real or not?
