welcome bailey, if you want to get bigger, add some good carbs to your meals. deadlift, sqaut and bench press are priority as far as training.

welcome bro, train hard, stick to the basics, squats, deadlifts,bench press, vary training routine and dont forget about supplements shakes.

I vary sometimes I do it with legs sometimes with back, however I observed that doing it with legs makes my body producing more testosterone.
