'sup peeps
Really happy i have found HM =)
a series of events took me down to the deepest waters and lead me to get into best shape of my life (i started writing the story that got me into the gym 3 years ago but realised it was going to be way too much info so i deleted it all-maybe some other time) anyway it's some story but for now i'll just keep it short and say Hi from sunny Scotland
