re intro
hey guys I'm reintroducing myself it just been awhile since I've been on. not much is changed from previous intro except work schedule has changed to anywhere between 74 and 84 hour work weeks. still working heavy construction,lots of climbing running jumping carrying and wearing a lot of weight. workout schedule has basically turned into two days a week as I can barely keep up with the calories I need working this much. since January I've lost about 16 pounds and have to be right around 10 or 11 percent body fat no joke(not too shabby for two days a week! Lol). current cycle is on the way and I ordered test prop and anavar. will be doing about a 10 week cycle. hopefully everybody pick up on the threads and comments. I'd like to see this site go back to what it was last time I was on. can't wait to hear from everybody good luck and see you guys later.
New stats: height: 5'11 weight:170- extremely lean daily calories: averaging 3700 to 4k...( steak, chicken tuna, repeat with California blend veggies and some kind of potato every night) sometimes a little less when I Run short on food supps per day: protein@32g x2, creatine@5g x2 and a multi...... and energy drinks(I know, I'm sorry!) Send the good and bad! will be adding weight gainer back in along with a pre workout |

2 main goals...
1. Get my weight back! (Already got my Costco membership for the bulk food). 2. I miss/need the healing effects and endurance. 3. I like making co workers jealous! |

Same here, in October I partially tore the lower front and middle back of right shoulder labrum... when I went in they found bone spurs and arthritis in both shoulders. Guess I know why it sucks doing shoulders and dips :/. Surgery in OcTober. Doc said do what I can to maintain weight/muscle. Hope your recovering

simply not enough time in the day
NOT slowly uPping the cals and seems to be going well. Up 6lbs in two weeks but subtracted about 40 min of sleep a day to do it. .. Dam breakfast. Actually got an elastic band to attach to my truck for shoulder warm ups before work and uPping my fruit intake prior to cycle. Don't want that badass cold to kill me again like last time.
I'm between 4800 and 5200 cals a day with minimal fat (not that its a concern, just have to cater to gfs diet as well). But my downfall is that most of my food is wrapped is a white mission tortilla sine I have to b able to put it in my tool bags/pockets. .(which wilts lettuce like you wouldn't believe). I can only stomach 1-1/2 shakes a day so far but ill try to work up tp getting a third one in there. my goal is to put on about 12-15 pounds of sustainable muscle before surgery in august. Any help would be great |
