Pumped pun intended
I just joined this site Ive been lerking at it through the guest status the past couple of days but I'm excited to be a member now. Hopefully huge Tom and myself become aquatinted as I've seen some generous promotions lighting up from his way. I've been lifting 3-5 times a week for the past 8 years. Depending on my goals at the time will specify how I diet and train. I have a high iq of weight training but know there is always room for improvement, hence y I'm here. The name talon comes from an awd Asian car that's first generation was ridiculously aggressive and would be an ultimate sleeper today. Cheers

Welcome Talon. Don't keep lerking. I'm sure you'll be able to add some insight to a lot of the questions re diet and training. We're all different so it's always good to read someone else's experience or way of doing things!
