Hello to who evers reading this,ive been trainin for some time now and no matter how much i eat or train i cant make any gains. Its like ive hit a wall. im an ectomorph to boot lol. My doctor tells me my metabalism is the cause. anyone have any sugestions, i need all the help i can get. Thanks for reading

Hi Dave and welcome to HM. Best thing to do here bro and I know it's a lot, but give us everything. Age, time lifting, weight, diet and be as specific as you can. Don't say I eat loads etc as most think they do but actually don't. In other words be as honest as you can and someone here will be as honest back. There are plenty here willing to help and without the usual bro science which you get on a lot of forums. There's a ton of knowledge here and lots of good guys who don't flame you for asking a question. Maybe chat on the shoutbox sometime!!

Ftblk36 said it best tbh hear it all the time i eat tons and is barely 2000kcals a day mate so maybe put up your diet and your routine maybe? if your doing alot of cardio reduce it down a good bit as well

Ok ill admit i havent been sticking to a diet for some time now, but i did for about 6 months, the foods varied but i had an average intake of about 3500-4000 cals a day, I used various bulking supplements that tasted like shit lol. I trained 2 days on 2 days off,switching muscle groups. i gained about 10 pounds in the first 2 months, but stuck at that,didnt gain anymore. I thought maybe my body was getting used to the weights so went heavier..still no gains, so i tried all sorts of different foods and supplements for the next 4 months with no substantial gains.
BTW thanks alot guys i really appreciate this. Ive been thinking about getting gear for some time now, but im a complete noob when it comes to gear, any one know or have experience with gear designed for bulking, different stacks that work etc. Like i said im an ectomorph, so would that be a contributing factor to the type of gear? My current weight is 11 stone. again guys thanks so much for your help |

Im 25, 5 11" my work outs were chest and legs on day 1 and abbs and arms on day 2, my work outs were about an hour and a half to 2 hours, not a lot i know, but gave it 100% i'd be totally fucked after it lol.
Currently im only doing cardio,mostly jogs and sprints, its the only form of exercise a can see myself improving in,its a good buzz, but id much rather do some lifting, |
