New to the site

Hi im Nate and im 22 been lifting since 15 serious since 17. been in army since i turned 18 and getting out soon to be a civilian. i want to get into serious lifting more often once i get a solid job and schedule anyway i'm here to learn and gather as much knowledge i can get. so thanks for the community
