Hello, everyone out there just wanted to introduce myself as a new member and new to aas. Been working out for over 20 years now and want to take things to the next level. Just recently started my first cycle of test cyp 500 for 10 weeks. Never would have thought I would give myself a pin lol, but here I am and I've taken my second pin this past Friday. I've pick up 8lbs since my first pin but I'm also taking Lgd-4033, started that on the 8th of May and went from 193 - 201. Then started my cycle and now at 210 only noticing a little ance on my back, and libdo going up also cycling with unleashed. Will start proviron at 25 mg after my 4th and pin. Much stronger and more aggressive in gym😎

I'll be 40 this month looking to put on another 10-15 pounds of lean muscle, and get my bf around 8%. Working out 4-5 days a week. I've recently started some cardio jogging hoping it won't take away from my gains 1-2 a week. Any suggestions, replies, insights all appreciated. Not sure what my bf% is at this time due to the additional weight I've picked up.

Welcome mate. Be interested to hear whether or not you felt the cardio helped. I always feel you're burning up the calories you need for muscle growth and tend to keep cardio workouts for cutting. But I know a lot of people say it helps in other ways. Let us know when you finish your cycle. |
