Just wanted to say hello to everyone at Hyper muscles. I am new to this site but have been on a couple other similar sites.

I'm 43 years old, 5"11 / 255lbs.
I grew up training & then due to some health issues was out of the gym for about 8 years. I have now been back in the gym religiously for 2 years 4 months & I couldn't believe how hard those first couple months were.
I am now close to being where I left off close to a decade ago.
Muscle memory is an amazing thing & to walk around again with that feeling of well being, you know the feeling only people who train will ever know.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, I'm glad to be here!!!
