New fit chick
Hey all I'm new to the forum. My man advised me to contribute to the great place. I'm 37 5'3 130lbs mother of 4. I work out 5-6 times a week. I'm 5weeks into a new split that loving the results. I will post that wih pounds used. im looking for better ways to meet and set new goals. Pics to follow

Thanks for the support. I will post up my work out and my main goal. Today is a a busy day. It's full of yard work and tending to our garden. I will keep posted up. Yes 4 kidos 3 girls @16,11&5 and 1 boy who will be 4 in about a week. My biggest change was clean eating and eating more food. Before my last 2 children I weighed about 107-112. I was told over and over look at the mirror not the scale. I'm much happier and stronger. I do have a big ass in my mind. My husband says different. He loves it.
