Default new to the board but been around a while
age is 38 been training for 16 years have done many cycles, current stats are 6'2 248 bf 11%. I really look forward to learning as much as possible and helping out just the same. Btw the board looks great.

Sorry to hi jack this thread but i have asked a few times on different sections of this board if Gbnstore has shut down but had no response- do you know anything ?
