Just Joined - Hello

Just signed on. Really like the support and info provided on the site.
I must admit - I am a total newbe to the body buiding areana...

I'm 49 yrs old - 170 lbs, 5'10" male....

I pretty much follow the Body for Life eating and work out program and really want to gain more mass...

Anyways - thats a little about me--- look forward to learning from all of you...
