Hello,
I was refferred by my friend mr.bean. I like the layout of this board, its not aggressive and that makes me feel good LOL.
Training for 3 years, current weight 86kg. Bench Press - 120Kg Squats - 130KG Deadlift - 110kg Just working out to feel good and look good. Looking forward to get more information here. |
