Hi All, Greetings from Yorkshire.

just signed up to see my fat mate 'sniper300c' in some photo comp

Good luck dude, but I'm not sure about that tash.

Personally cardio is my thing. I compete in adventure runs, duathlons etc but the stress on the old knees is taking it's toll now and I find myself in the gym more and more

I'll look forward to picking your brains as I'm pretty clueless in the gym unless it has a digital display
