First Cycle
After checking out many forum sites, I have came to the conclusion that here has the most knowledgeable, and trustworthy posters. So I have couple questions.
I am 23 5'11 and 192lbs BF 14% I am looking to start my first cycle and have done my research, but would like some real world advice from people who have experience with it. If that makes sense? Right now I am planning on a Test E 500mg a week, split twice. I've read that Test E or C are the best for beginners and first timers. I would rather have a cycle that is somewhat minimal in water weight but still a decent one for a beginner. Any advice? |
yeah agree that sounds right thats what i done for first cycle and gained quite a lot
so 500mg split in 2 jabs and yeah test e and c last longer so less jabs |
500mg of Test E or C in a week looks like a solid plan for a first timer. Keep your nutrition and training in order for sure!

Make sure ur training and diet are on point so know how the gear is affecting your body. That is my biggest piece of advise.

yeah bro keep it simple. you won't be disappointed. i did this cycle when i was 24 as my first and the gear wasn't even that good. still gained 25 lbs and kept 20 after pct. great first run imo
