Thermo blend

ok...first time adding in "thermo blend" to my cycle.

This product contains the following:

Thermo Blend 200tabs

Each tab contains:
40 mcg Clenbuterol
25 mcg T3
5.4 mcg Yohimbine

How do I start??? someone please help me out?

Looking to start monday!
