Been reading some feedback
Gonna do my own log Balkan labs simple straight forward, ordered from hugetom and GBN going to put up some lift numbers as I go, and hopefully come out of this w/ tremendous gains, and positives @ Balkan Starting numbers: safety squat bar box sqaut (92#)+ (2 chains 60#)+ 6 45's-- 3 reps rack deads 500 --8 reps db press flat 150# ea -- 2 reps When/if these #'s go up, we'll see maybe some pics along the way/video(youtube channel) Weight 198 BF% ? you decide GBN FTW -c from 6/10/11 |
back squats 6 45's +25 + 2 bands x 8 reps
realized not going deep enough after reviewing video of said lift, but the back is limiting. herniated disc in Jan. Felt good, strong, so overall good, but need more depth. Nothing wrong with the Balkan exp so far __________________ 6/13 |
db flat 150# 4 reps + 1 forced rep w/slow eccentric (+2 reps)
very good improvement followed w/band training and other pressing thumbs up as of now for balkan -c 6/15 |
safety bar box squats. 3 45's side, 2 chains/side 30# ea.
moved from 3 to 11 reps. think I flew home from the high absolutely killed it. guess it was just one of those days still stuck on reps of 5 for efts bodyweight hamstring. next time I am getting video -c 6/19 |

currently studying for 600 min per week. dividing it up 300 on Mon, and 300 on thurs. only time I have to spare training first time I ever went to the new gym and did arms. Always feels stupid going there to do bi's and tri's but necessary evil pre load bar curls 50/80/ 100/110 (heavy as they go):mad: vbar pushdown last set stack + 45# plate hammer curl (thias machine is always so awkward) 3 # 2# 1# drop set hammer seated dip (first time ever w/ this machine) cannot get into tit w/out the help of someone else. seat belt knee pads and then to reach back, impossible last set 4 plates per side seated incline curls 2 sets tricep ext machine 2 sets - do not like secured my feeling @ arms. no real point going there to do them. free weights basics, heavy dumbells , barbells. the machines are just too unnatural for me -c |

dead lift reverse grip pulldown v bar pulldown t bar row hyperext stretch back felt a lot better this week. not as tired from squats as the previous Mon. |
pr's are coming week to week
respect to hugetom and gbn, cannot say enough about them. got 600# this past weekend with the safety squat bar not possible without their help |
