JDogg172 Cycle Log
Starting my first cycle in a few weeks. Waiting on the Sust back order to come in.
Here is my plan, please tell me if this is ok. 1-5 DBol 50mg a day 1-12 T400 400mg M&Th 3-12 HCG 250mg Tu&F 6-12 Oral Winny 50mg PCT Clomid & Nolva I hit the gym for 2 hours+ a day and work my each muscle group till they just dont work anymore. For example, I did squats + leg extensions yesterday AM and leg presses + more extensions yesterday PM. I had to have help getting on the toilet my legs were so weak today. I assume that is sufficient training. Background Info: I turned 30 in June and I was in the 260's, I am 5'9" Today my dry weight was 196 My target is 225 @ the lowest bodyfat % I can get by May. Gym Schedule
2 Hours Monday - Chest+Forearms 2 Hours Tuesday - Quads+Triceps 1 Hour Wednesday - Calves+Abs 2 Hours Thursday - Shoulders+Biceps 2 Hours Friday - Back+Hams Sat+Sun Rest My estimated BF% is 15% but I have lost about 8lbs since I measured I plan to take the DBol for the first half of the cycle then the winny for the second half. Right now diet is about 2000 calories Protein - ~270g Fat - ~50g Carbs - ~100g The composition of that depends on the day, chicken and rice got old so I mix it up here and there. Cheat maybe once a month, even then its a little cheat. Mostly chicken, tilapia, brown rice, greens, and the occasional red meat. I plan to increase this when I start the cycle the first week of Dec, I am trying to drop a bit more BF before I start. |

Ok so I have been on Cycle for 2 weeks now and things are going awesome!
I started at 202lbs and I am now at 216 with only a 0.6% increase in BF. I would say that's results! Started feeling the T400 some more over the weekend, I was sweating so bad I had to put towels in the bed to keep from soaking the mattress. Even SWMBO said I felt warm to the touch. I have been rocking it hard at the gym, tons more motivation and way more strength it would seem. The only two sides I have that are noticeable to me and they could be unrelated are some joint discomfort and what seems like unlimited stamina in the bedroom. I have to say this is some decent gear. |

On my third week now and so far so good, I started to get some pronounced acne this week but nothing unmanageable with over the counter products.
I am up to 220lbs and have added a decent amount of weight to all my lifts. When I started I could not do a single rep of bent over dumbell rows with 100lbs now I can crank out 6 in perfect form. As for sides. Other than the acne I have noticed my face and chest are a bid redder, like I have been shirtless in the sun for a day. I have also had some hot flashes I think from the DBol. Insomnia is present but manageable. I stop the DBol on the 8th and take a 4 week break from orals, then its Winny @ 50mg a day for 4 weeks. |

What you're saying is a bit confusing. On the one hand you have gained a good amount of weight, though being dbol that could be mostly water, and you seem very happy with the results and then you state you train for between one and two hours a day!
Sorry mate, I've gotta say this . . . you are either seriously overtraining or not training properly. How do you do calves and abs for an hour? If you really are training for that long then I'd say you would make far better gains if you upped the intensity and cut back on the time to more like 40 minutes. I hope this doesn't come across as criticism because it's not supposed to be. But honestly, if you take two hours to train chest then you're not working hard enough and the same goes for shoulders and biceps and every other body part. And how do you recover? You need to get in, work like fuck and get out again. Then eat, rest and recover. You clearly have a good work ethic and if you make that change you will see serious gains doing it that way. Maybe you could post your actual training log so we can see exactly why it takes that long. Good luck though. |

I have been off the dbol for 4 weeks now, I got some hgh and have been doing 3iu a day. I dropped it to 2iu today as the joint pain was driving me crazy and messing with my lifts.
I think my gains were good but would welcome some opinions. An example of my lift gains would be going from 3x12@135 on bench to 3x12@275 I started the cycle @ 200 on the scale and 24% BF on the handheld. I am now at 232 on the scale and 17% BF on the handheld. First 4 weeks my diet was dirty as hell, eating everything I swore to never eat again. Second 4 weeks was much cleaner and thats when the leaning really started. i have 4 days left of that 4 weeks then I will move on to 100% macro driven diet. My plan is to run with the maintenance diet for 4 weeks and see if I can get my BF % down to the low teens. Once I get to the last 4 weeks I want to add some winny to finish out the cycle. Excuse me if this make no sense as I am writing this very tired. But my two questions are, should I bulk more or taper back down to my weight loss diet. |
