James's first cycle log
Im not real good at keeping a detailed log but ill update this periodically throughout my cycle.
right now im almost one week into my first clen cycle. Im going to do one more week of clen and then jump on the gear. Im really impressed with kalpas clen. Ive dropped from 12% to 11% bodyfat in the last week while on the same calories as i was cutting on before. Its usually really slow cutting for me once i get down this low but the fat is melting amazingly fast right now. My whole cycle will be kalpa products from gbn. Weeks 1-12 500mg test e Weeks 1-4 40-50mg dbol per day arimidex .5mg eod(adjust as needed) Pct will be nolva and clomid |

My routine will be jim wenders 531 three month challange. Its a very intense program that is designed to pack on as much mass as possible in three months but still makes strength a priority.
Ive been doing 531 for awhile now and i think this is the method of training i will use for the rest of my lifting career. The core of the program is always the same, focusing on gaining strength on the big compound lifts. The assistance work is taylord the your current goals. |
Im up to 160mcg a day of clen. The sides are almost non existent this week. Im thinking about bumping it up to 200 for the rest of the week.

You nee to do cardio in order to cut.

I decided to start my cycle today. I did my first injection of test e. It went smooth as can be. A slight ache afterwards but it went away in a couple hours.
i also took 40mgs of dbol. Im still on a calorie deficit(2100cals). Im going to slowly increase them over the next week. Il probably start out at 3500 cals and go from there. My starting weight is about 185 pounds. My goal weight for this bulk is 210 with minimal fat gain. Is this a reasonable goal or am i dreaming? Also starting tomorrow i will start taking .25mg of armidex every other day to keep bloat and estro down. |
can be done yeh but rememebr some will be water and glycogen as well. keep diet perfect and train hard with lots of rest ud prob want to up the kcals pretty quick and add some more in as your weight goes up maybe? up to you at the end of the day doe

Ive got a little limp in my walk from my quad injection. Its a little swollen and pretty sore. Im assuming this is just because im hittting virgin muscle.

Oh yeh mate quads and be a hit and miss i just do glutes now and i was doing EoD injections was fine

I pinned my other quad yesterday. I figured i should just get the muscles used to it. It feels like someone took a baseball bat to my legs. It really sucks because i work construction and its effecting my work.
Im up 7 pounds and feeling pretty bloated. I dont really feel any increase in my strength and recovery yet. Im hoping that kicks in soon |
Dont worry it will come try and lift slightly heavy weights u might be amazed :) if quads are to much pin in glut theres tons of nerves and vains in the quads and it can hurt like hell

I pinned my glute today for the first time. It didnt go real smooth because i was moving around alot. Hopefully i even got it in the muscle.
I upped my adex to .5 mg eod for now. The bloat from the dbol is pretty extreme. Im up 11pounds so far. I keep having to remind myself that its physically impossible that its fat gain so i stay on track with my diet. Did heavy squats and high rep deadlifts yesterday. No major improvement in strength yet but i had some crazy pumps in my back. |
Wow!!! bro thats alot up your water intake more and cut salt down if not drop it all together and stick to complex carbs oats brown rice whole gain pastas and breads.

Training is going real good barman. I just finished up heavy deadlifts followed by high rep squats. My goals are just for myself. I want to be bigger, faster and stronger.
I don't know if it's the test or the dbol but I feel like a kid again. |
Oh good always need goals in mind :) mine is to some shows right now its getting bigger :) Id say its more so the test but dbol can have that affect on people ha ive being on other boards and some guy says if he feels a bit "down" lol he pops 50mgs of dbol and is sorted till his viagra lol

It's been only two weeks on this cycle. I weighed in at 205 pounds this morning. That's 20 pounds I'm up. I don't know if this is a good thing or bad thing. I look like I've gained some pretty good fat but it has to be water.
I'm only eating 3600-3800 calories a day. I upped my adex dosage to .5 mg ed but it doesn't seem to be helping the bloat. Other than the bloat everything is good. Lifts are going up and I'm feeling good |
Wow thats alot of weight really fast :o maybe drop your kcals a bit up to you doe. just strech marks can become a pain :/

Well yeh you should maybe dbol is crazy for u lol some guys stay dry like me others dont i know guys who get dry and hard with anadrol and others go to water man lol just maybe lower the dose down and see how it is then drop it if the water doesnt go down maybe?? where is alot of the weight look to be or is it pretty even?

Most of its in my face, thighs and waste. My arms are still vascular as hell but there 1 inch bigger already. I'll stay on the dbol for 4-5 weeks as planned.
I don't won't to lower calories because I know this isn't a high surplus for me. It's just crazy blowing up like this. Thanks for the replies btw |

I'm three weeks into my cycle today.
Weight is 207 pounds (+22 from start) My training couldn't be better. For some reason I feel unmotivated to lift some days but once I get warmed up I'm easily smashing my previous personal records on all lifts. Just a quick update |
This week I'm really starting to feel the test kicking in. I'm sweating a lot and. My skin is oily as hell. One shower a day isn't cutting it anymore.
As of yesterday my bench is up about 35 pounds, which is awesome because I've been stalled for a long time on that. Starting today I'm adding in some cardio on non training days and doing Dell Franco's agile 8 Mobility routine. I've been feeling a little sluggish and stiff lately so that should help. My calories are at about 4300 a day right now. Weight is 211 pounds this morning. I'm noticing a lot of my definition coming back this week. I can see my abs when flexed again. |

Still making big strength gains everytime I train. It's really blowing my mind because I actually feel pretty tired and unmotivated most of the day. Once I get warmed up though it's like a switch gets flipped in my brain and I turn into superman.
Libido is way high. Too high if you ask my wife. I started pinning hcg with my test today. I will be running 500 iu a week until the end of my cycle. Its pretty much breaking every rule in the book for a beginner cycle but I'm considering extending my cycle to 18 weeks and doing a hard cut from week 12 to pct. If I do this I will bump the test up to 750mg per week from week 10-18 and throw in clen and possibly t3 on top of a big calorie deficit. Training will stay the same. I will also do a longer pct(6wks) of nolva and Clomid |
Hey bro if your going to bring it that long id say get some hcg and run it befoe your pct and durning along with the clomid and novla :)

Not a whole lot to update. My lifts are still going up like crazy and my weights still climbing. I weighed in at 222 pounds this morning. That's a gain of 39 pounds in 6 weeks.
I have gained some fat but I'm not too worried about that right now. I have no doubt that I'll be able to cut down to at least as lean as I was when I started. Six more weeks of bulking and then it's cut time. |
Yesterday was the last day of kalpa dbol. It was a fun run but I'm kinda glad it's over. The bloat has been pretty bad and I've been feeling really agitated from it.
I'm up to 225 pounds as of today. That's 40 pounds in six weeks. Definitely not all quality weight gain but I'll take it |
How was your strength gain? Dbol and that bloat scares me! I have some kalp. T-Bol I'm going to try.

Bench went up about 40 pounds, squat about 50, deadlift about 50.
I don't think most people retain as much water as I did. I'm thinking about tbol on my next cycle too. Dbol is fun though. Make sure you have a AI on hand though. I had some gyno symptoms that adex took care of |

2nd day of no dbol. I've lost some of the bloat which feels really good.
I've been sweating really bad the last couple weeks. I'm not really sure what the cause of it is. That's pretty much the only side effect I've had, aside from gaining 40 pounds and getting way stronger:D I'm starting the third meso cycle of my training tomorrow. If I can squeeze out one more month of the gains I've already had I will be extremely happy. I'm currently eating 4500 calories a day. Starting tomorrow Im planning on jumping to 5000 calories a day. My current one rep maxes are: Bench 235 Squat 325 Deadlifts 420 These are calculated maxes using Jim Wendlers formula. Weight x reps x .0333 + weight Not the same as actually hitting the weight but I've found it to be pretty accurate |

Three days without electricity here. My diets been kinda fucked up. I haven't been able to track my calories and macros. I'm eating plenty but I hate not knowing exactly where I'm at.
Yesterday I did my workout in my dark freezing ass cold basement. It actually went pretty well. Couldn't take a shower after so I was miserable for the rest of the day. |
