Female Oxandroxyl cycle
 
So this will be my second anavar cycle but it is a bit different this time. My first was used for competition prep. This time I am using it for a bulk.
My stats:
5'10
140lbs
BF: 14%

Training: 6 days no cardio.
2 leg/glute days
1 Chest/shoulders
1 Back/biceps
1 Shoulders/triceps
1 full body (whatever doesn't hurt I train)

Diet: 2226 calories
P: 132
C: 258
F: 74
Mostly a clean diet: chicken, rice, veggies, oats, eggs and egg whites, almonds, etc. my weakness is Beverly International: Ultimate Muscle Protein. seriously the best powder I have ever had

Cycle: 10mg anavar
5mg in the morning
5mg at night.

I am currently 4 days in.

out of interest what time do you train

taking 10 mins before working out will give you good pump

I know female who prefers this way with var
but then she does 5mg am
5mg pre workout and
5mg pm

I train at 6PM during the week and earlier on the weekends. I can try taking it before I train and see if I notice a difference.
In the past I have found that I get crazy pumps taking it the way I do now. Var pumps are no joke. I don't know if I even want to increase the intensity. They can be painful sometimes.

Day 5 and today was my leg day. I always wrap up my leg days with stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts and I was surprised that the lower back pump is already making its presence.

Day 10
 
I have been feeling more tired than usual, which seems odd because my last cycle i felt pretty great the whole time.
I trained back yesterday and had no lower back pump like in the past. I even did weighted hypers just to see. It is still early in the game though so I will give it some more time.
I do appear to be a tiny bit more vascular. No significant strength gains as of yet and I don't feel like my endurance has gotten any better. Although I can go for a long time in the gym anyways so that can be over looked easily.
Sorry this isn't the greatest update but I want to keep it real as I go.

Day 11.... Today was my heavy leg day and I can say I was feeling nice and strong. Squats felt real good and easy. I was able to do more reps and start out heavier than usual. I was looking forward to testing that out all day and everything felt great.
I did start to feel a little bit of a lower back pump towards the end of my squats and once I started doing good mornings I definitely started feeling it.
My guess is, in about 7 days the juice should be loose and I expect some good PRs coming up in my near future.
I'm eating at about a 400 + calorie surplus right now and haven't added too much body fat.
So far the only side I am seeing are night sweats. I wake up soaked on some nights. I was feeling tired up until today so that could be hormones doing their thing. I did have one pimple on my shoulder. Hopefully I don't get much acne. My first cycle I ended up breaking out on my booty and that sucked.

For reps I am at 155. 1RM 185. nothing crazy....
I will say I am starting to look a little harder. Pumps are getting pretty awesome. Yesterday I did delts and arms and my biceps felt like they were going to explode after the first two sets.
Vascularity is coming in real nice. I have ab veins and barely any abs to show haha. Also some new veins in my delts. Good times.
My knees have started to bother me. I'm not sure what's up with that.

Day 19 and feeling great! 20 lb deadlift PR putting me at 185 for reps. I just recently started doing deadlifts again after a few months off from them.
I am super vascular and now I have veins in my quads for the 1st time. Yay! Feeling stronger on everything and my boyfriend said he can tell I'm getting thicker each time he sees me. 😊
So far the sides are minimal. I have had one pimple on my shoulder. The night sweats are pretty intense. I wake up soaked sometimes and sweat a lot more while training. That's really about it though. Oh, actually the pumps..... I feel like I have a pump in my biceps 24/7 and when I actually train them OMG....after one set I feel like they are about to explode. My last cycle my rear delts would get that way. I guess each cycle is different.

I'm loving this Var. I will definitely be placing another order.
Feeling really strong in the gym with lots of energy. I ended up getting sick over the weekend with a bad cold that kept me out of the gym. I was going crazy so I went ahead and went on Tuesday and even though I felt like hell I was able to power through my training like nothing was wrong.
Pumps are strong and come on fast.
Im definitely adding some size In my lats, delts and arms. It's only been a few weeks but I can see more thickness especially in my lats.
Bonus side.... Libido is out of control!

I'm on week 6 now. This week I bumped my dosage up to 15mg splitting it up 3 times a day. I have been taking the 2nd dose before I train and I will say the pumps are off the chart.
Feeling strong especially on bench and dumbbell chest presses.
Still sweating like a mofo. I don't remember sweating this much on my last cycle it's crazy. I usually try to go two days between hair washing but I just can't do that now. Acne hasn't been bad this time either. Hopefully it doesn't show up since I increased the dose.
My period came a week early out of nowhere. (Sorry guys, but this is to help females lol). I am usually pretty regular so that was odd.
Libido still going real strong. I can't say I hate that side effect.
So overall right now all is great. I'm up to 143lbs. Haven't gained a ton of fat. My diet is pretty clean although I will have a day on the weekend when i eat what I want. I haven't had my body fat checked and I don't really plan to until I start prep again in December.

Changes in periods is a feature of anavar. Not that it's affected mine lol

Quick update:
I went up 10 lbs on my deadlift the other day which was fun. Yesterday while training shoulders with my BF he said he could definitely tell my shoulders are getting much bigger. He was amazed actually. So that made me REALLY happy. My shoulders have been jerks to try to grow so they are responding very well. I have also gained a full inch on my glutes and my quads. Some is most likely fat but I don't think all of it is.
Since I increased my dosage to 15 MG i feel like what I would imagine a teenage boy feels like. I am a walking horndog. I also have had a increase in acne. Both are very tolerable.
Overall I am feeling very strong and eager to get to the gym each day.
