I'm going to do a detailed NPP log mainly because it was god awful for me to research this compound from a female perspective.
So I will update weekly, maybe more. Stats: 5'10 female 145lbs. No idea what my bodyfat is but I will guess it's around 15% and I'm 6 months in to a very clean, slow bulk. Calories are around 2500 with one cheat meal each week. I plan to add one more meal this week so that will bump it up to about 2800. Training is 5 days per week along with HIIT 3 of those days.
