Hey guys im actuelly gaining like mad this week im up to 209 1/2 pounds as of this morning thats alot of lb from last weight in and last week i was pretty bad shae with a virus and getting back into the swing of it again as you all know being sick for a couple of days is like a kick in the balls ha

hhmm the last couple of days ive seemed to look puffyer seems like water from the test ah well will be fine bit annoying but thats life. going to kill myself today i think ha legs and chest 2moro its back and traps aw the joys of it all lads.

Hello bros :0 hope you all had a great christmas and a new year :) getting back to normal tomoro hada great time relaxing doiing light training not pushing by any means just keeping muscles under tention more than anything else so tomoro is going back to normal il post a picture either 2moro or the next day im dieting down now easy my way into it.

I have zero urges for "bad food" getting back to normal now so i cant wait at all tbh. plan for the next 2-3 days carbs will be down to under 50gs a day proteins will be 300gs a day fats will be aroound 70gs a day then after that il up my carbs for a couple of days till i reach about 200gs a day fats will be down to 60gs a day and il up and down my carbs as i need to and fats will also go down so this should be grand. cardio2 a day 4-5 times a week as needed weight training once a day somedays might do twice if im up for it. ive down this type of plan before and worked out great.

Hey bros dam i am feeling pretty dam good i have to say :) fat is coming off at a nice rate dropping around a pound or so each week nice and slow like i wanted training is well tbh amazing!!!! even with lower kcals pushing myself as hard as i can as always. my dam internet is a bicth the company keeps sending the bills out like a week after its due then i get them a week after that so i have no net :/ thats why i havent being on much. but yeh had back yesterday arms the day before that resting today then its legs 2moro going very well.

i blame outsourcing internet companys lol ah anyway dam i look alot better to feel healther to with that bit of extra weight off still lots to go but going well :) training is not to bad down to 1ml of sus 350 atm as i wont be building any muscle durning this cut no point in wasting to much. looking to get another order soon and after my cut will bulk on work super hard on my weak points

Lads lads what can i say im sure some of you have read in the bullents some of my posts weight loss is going amazing!!!!!!!!!! since last week things just clicked in my head training is at a new level diet is extremly tight and working im doing 2-3 tabs of T3 per day mostly 2 tabs. 350mgs of sus per week just enough to help retain size and keep everything working Last Monday i was 14 stone 3 pounds and 3/4 this morning i was 13 stone 12pounds and 1/4 thats alot of weight fast i look better things fit me better next time i bulk wont let my bf get so high going to lean out nice over the next couple of weeks. No cardio as im training twice a day some days others once a day im training everybody part once a week or there abouts heart rate is up very high training with crazy intensity level doing this about 5 and a half years love this stuff only used gear a couple times helps alot im a pretty short guy at 5"6.5 lol gained lots natural trial and error :) anyway what else im doing ive ordered my oral tren from GBN cant wait for that and ive got some other gear on the way this week to tren test 250mgs of both tren and test per ml not going to say where or who i got it from as they arent on here GBN are my go to guys for the most part :) anyway hope you like my post quite a large one any questions or want to chat well do also need help with anything just ask as im just like anyone on here willing to help if i can if i cant il point you to someone who might be able to. Learned lots from people here and diffrent things ive tryed out over the years and articles. Later guys Train like a beast eat like a beast sleep like a beast ;)

Oh dont worry mate i am ha i have being hungry 24/7 lol getting around 250gs of protein a day less than 50gs of carbs a day 60-75 fats a day. so pretty dam tight along with my training its working amazing best cut ive ever had so far was going slow and it stopped then i just fliped a switch things just came im tired yeah but i feel amazing :)

Oh i am mate :) i allow for aroud 300gs of carbs. i take my bodyweight in pounds round it up then add 100gs works like a charm :) im upping my carbs to 100gs today as im feeling very tired and will be doing chest later did legs yesterday dam it was hard i dont train heavy by any means im a rep and set guy works best for me ive trained heavy before no real big change in size but strenght went up alot so i stick to what works for me.

Boom after my 4 weeks or relaxing getting back to normal back to 110% this is from yesterday a while after blasting my arms still got a little pump on boom!!

Hey mate nah I decided to just stay on a low dose of test as I just finished a "cycle" + money was an issue bills lots of birthdays etc...

Once I get paid im ordered my next cycle that will be a mix of Test, Deca, Tren and Masteron might throw an oral in il see doe will be my biggest blast ive stayed pretty low over all on my gear but hearing a lot of guys after a while bumping up everything so yeah want results up everything food training rest and gear as I said just started back 110% training around 2hours a day up to two muscles 4-5 days a week with lots of food will be uping everything over the next week till I reach this point again feeling great so far infact the pictures of me there im around 197lb the other ones I put up durning the week I was 201 or 202 lb so I did lose some weight mix of fat, water and muscle will be back in no time and beyond! :D thanks again mate for the interest. :)
