What do you do for back barman? I started doing high rep dumbell rows after deadlifts a couple months ago and im already seeing big improvements in my lats and middle back

well i do deadlifts clearly barbell rows some straight leg deadlifts then il either do dumbell rows or a light military press and squeze my back out it works feel it and my upper back looks nice lol rep range tbh it changes how i feel going for about 8-10 atm i also do pre excust sets usely 2 for each movement works well i have to say as long as you keep form well and squeze the muscle hard works great :)

doing chest now in a coulpe of mins got to bring it up it come on we all want to bring everything up lol

did chest well strenght is up weak chest in terms of strenght and size my flat bench was 90kg for 5 reps for 3 sets then did a 4th set for 6 reps last time i did 90kg was for 4 reps and i was wrecked lol soo very happy. dropped the weight down to 70kg went for 12-15 reps (my chest seems to grow better with higher reps) then dumbell bench and flys was good doing cardio now

well as some of you guys know im trying out intermittent fasting well tbh i felt good the first day now i dont at all food ist going down forceing it down i fill up fast before i eat half of my meal but still hungry :/ its killing me tbh try with another day or 2 on it to see how it goes i guess if not il up my meals try get back to normal

Hey guys well i placed an order for 3bottles of sus 350 and 2 packs of T3 from gbn all kalpa stuff. part of my stock up for my next cycle in a coulpe of months be finished this cycle end of the week might add some dbol back in for the next coulpe of days to bang up a bit more size might bang up kcals a bit as gains have slowed a bit so try and milk the rest of the cycle for what i can now have to say i loved it :) saw a mate last night i havent seen in 3 or 4 weeks he said he could see im bigger much bigger so thats clear cut :) im a very happy man

Well guys weeks is nearly up and that means cycle is just about up havent really trained this week busy with my course but the next 3 days will be all in there missed 1 shot so i did it the next day so il be done on monday aww am happy with how well i grew. pct will start tues novla 20mgs for 3 weeks or so. then its 2 months off and back on in there with sus at 750mgs a week for 15 weeks deca at 300mgs a week for 10 weeks dbol for 4-6 weeks 50mgs a day T3 Starting at 50mcg might bump it up to 75mcg a day for most of the cycle. know alot of guys using insulin and doing great and all are aiming to do BB comps just like me so il see what i decided doing research on the matter i like to do that anyway so yeh :) will weight myself on monday moring and post weight up feel big people say im looking bigger the longer they didnt see me the more shocked they are and yet no one has asked about what i do im open about it only if im asked why be shy who knows maybe they need help just like people on this do help and learn at every turn bros :) Good day to you all.

Well guys cycle is over pretty happy have to say great gear nice gains now to keep em ha training wont be crazy intense since my test levels will be down i cant build so its trying to matain what i gained stimulate the muscles not destroy them should work fine with a good clean diet bit of cardio and will be taking 1 20mg novla tab before bed to keep sides down thats my pct very simple works fine be doing that for 3-4 weeks go b how i feel then its about 2months off then back on the train to gain :)

Well pct seems to be going fine just feeling a little more tired the past 2 or 3 days normal my boys are back to normal more or less they didnt shrink to much at all bit more at times durning the cycle now and then normal :) Well durning the weekend i sent my money off for my order at gbn 2 packs of T3. 3bottles of Sus and huge tome gave me the 30% discount and even threw in 2packs of viagra for free all kalpa stuff very dam nice not only that ironPhara gave me a free bottle of test prop for entering their comp nice little early christmas for me i think :) might even mix the prop with the sus and deca on my next cycle we will see might save it :) good week for me so :)

Well GBN has gotten my money and will be sending my stuff out and i cant wait then il only ahave to get a couple of bits and bobs before i start and ive pretty much decided to stay on for a while low dose after my cycle with blasts of orals and other compounds be next year not far away so should be nice.

Hey lads can anyone give me a bit of help on one thing?? T3 is it best to take your daily dose first thing in the morning 30mins before eating or throughout the day? alot of people seem to sayall in the morning thanks :)

I was taking them 30 minutes before meals, make sure you use Test when taking them, they eat your muscles!

Hello lads earlier 2day some guy rings me treathing to kill me and put me in a bag saying he knows where i live and so on so im going to the guards (police) in the morning funny enough this "smart" guy used his own moblie phone and didnt even block his number smart or what. he said this and also said if i talk to this girl again he will (my ex) talked to her the first time and went well in a while and seemed fine so im just very pissed off was shakeing woth anger and so on :/ this guy is done for screwed him self up there big time what you guys think?

doing a bit of cardio later and arms wwith some shoulders i love to blast them very little rest 3sets on everything first set is very light to get a huge pump and max blood flow love it :)

Well boys time to lose some fat i hate dieting i find it very hard to cut fat but i gain muscle and fat pretty easy tbh Endo here :P ha so ive to super super crazy perfect if i want to see any change wish me luck bros :) just drop a couple of pounds get my waist a bit smaller and il be happy :D

Cutting sucks. I used to be obese so i know all about it. Ive found its best to just put in the work, get lean and stay lean.
are you running any gear while cutting?

nah i just came off gear test prop and dbol got great gains tbh on pct atm and well my boys are back to size very fast be off for a bit then il be on for a cycle for 15weeks sus deca dbol with T3 might try oxys doe. then il stay on a low dose with blast of orals and otehr compounds and bring up test long term thing like want to get read for a comp in 2years i hope anyway more mentaly being ready. hate cutting like you said i feel better at a higher bodyfat dont mean full blown fat ive being very lean before and didnt feel good at all

I was reading about how leptin levels drop as you get leaner and thats a big part of why its uncomfortable being at low bodyfat levels. Although insulin sensitivity is greater so gaining lean mass is easier to gain when you start from a lean base.

oh yeh i know that mate just i gain everything very easy lol so if u want to gain muscle with no fat i cut a couple of pounds then i go to maintenance kcals and i gain lean mass :) my body has a bit extra fat so if it needs more kcals it would take it from fat it works and everyone i know who has ever said it doesnt is a very skinny person naturally. we all find what works for us. im hoping to drop a bit before my cycle then il go on maintenance with sus deca dbol and T3 see ho i get on if should drop weight as il be upping my cardio as well as the T3 so that will help alot so i should drop fat and gain muscle pretty much a recomp i made it seem much harder that it is oh dear i am very vcery tired ha

Hey lads how manu of you have ever "bridged" with dbol while waiting for test and other things to come or to take a break from pinning?? i hate that term bridge just used it since most would know what it means. thinking of this while waiting to start my next cycle then then after a low dose of test with blasts. any toughts guys? heard of some guys doing this with great results. will be doing legs today havent being on the log so much with my training sorry guys just pop in every day to check up on things and so on

Well lads il be putting up some reviews tomoro on what i think and felt on some gear that ive used so what out for that :) also im starting my cycle monday just going with sus and dbol no point in adding anything else till things slow down and when im on my blasts so watch out for my review on the kalpa sus 350 over the coming weeks :)

Starting tomoro should be good i have a review page on gbn section so check them out as i do them :) so yesterday i sent alot of the day just doing house work just did a bit of cardio relaxed mostly and i made my own minced beef/venison mix it is soooo dam good my dad shot the deer himself as we do alot of it might as well keep some will help to keep the meat cost down for me ha

Well today i started my cycle dbol is up to 50mgs a day im done sus 350 from kalpa at 2ml a week 1ml on mondays and 1ml on thursdays. also im running T3 2days on 2days off studys show this to be very effective :) starting at 25mcg a day will work up to about 75mcg a day i think should help keep fat down maybe help drop a bit as well :) and the added protein synthesis is always good and studys have also shown a definite increase in muscle mass with T3 with aas just adding a bit of info to always fun lol. did back today felt good strong great pumps and i jhust finished doing shoulders theredidnt go to crazy with them just to stimulate them wont be doing them till thursday with my arms that will be a long workout i can tell you all that ha will review my sus and T3 in the comming weeks also 2moro il be putting up my viagra or test prop review maybe both so check them out in the gbn section called "Barmans Reviews"

done my second shot yesterday have zero pi with either shot so thats amazing since its 350mg of test per ml 2moro will be chest abbs and cardio twice once in the morning and after weights. chest work outs are pretty simple benchpress i switch between flat and incline each week or second week mix it up a bit. also do dumbell flys and presses thats my chest workout most of my training is at reps around 12-15 reps good range for me but i force out the last couple of reps head is popping from it ha but i keep my bench around 6reps il go as heavy as i feel i can as i dont have a spotter best to be safe. i do alot of sets so my body does be in bits for 3-4days as it should be :) and a bit of info about me and my life did my security exam on wends was easy enough so im pretty sure i passed aw happy days ha

Hey lads my test prop from the ironpharma came in today so im going to add it to my cycle might as well was doing 1ml of kalpa sus 350 twice a week im going to add 1ml of the prop on both days extra kick and all that :P ha my Bis tris and forerms are in bits from durnin the week ah the pain and glory. kcal intake is around 3500kcals 350gs of carbs and proteins the rest is fat around 70gs a day made up of mostly milk and animal fats. yummy :) Doing legs tomoro going to blast them i am super hyped up this week its great. going to stay on T3 50mcg a day might up and down it by 25mcg seeing how i get on.

Hey lads training is going good diet is going pretty well to so im happy with myself loving the T3 atm great stuff but i do feel a bit flat at times other than that is going well. i will be upping my training more from here on out training twice a day with weights 4-5 times a week if needed will be pushing extra kcals in my body. im around 203ish atm trying to bulk up to 220 see how i am if needed more i will bulk up an extra 10pound and do a big cut to get lean :) ive tryed the whole trying to stay lean while bulking dont like it dont feel as well and i feel i gain less muscle to i know alot of guys agree with me rather be big anyway lol so yeh training twice a day give an idea of how it will look day 1 cardio, eat, train legs, eat, nap, eat train chest, eat, nap, eat, eat then bed will up kcals as needed id say i will have to on around 3500kcals atm. so id be loooking to train each body part twice a week time to get huge :)

Did leg training just finished and well it was not good at all tbh legs went after the second set felt like i did 8 sets of squats :/ did a about 6 sets of squats and 4 sets of calf raises will train them again in a couple of days again hammer them. havent being doing much the past week or so outside of training pretty much training and resting maybe il get out a bit more walk around might help could of just being a bad training day

Hello all well gains are coming today i was 2pound up from last weekso im 204 3/4 pounds so im happy also each week im looking a little bit tighter and muscles are looking rounder the T3 is working for sure not using it to cut up doe so its good going to be upping my kcals this week to 4000a day and workload is going up juts bring my carbs up and fats up a bit no point in bumping protein as you can only use so much of it. im having my back done now shortly then a nap with a shake and band straight onto shoulders had chest yesterday so yeh workload is up recovery is up sex drive is very very much up :P oily skin and feeling quite warm to T3 most likely.

I am doing really bad today head feels like its going to pop open got i virus like 2 days ago my tummy was in bits yesterday today its better but the rest of me isnt at all not hungry at all eating bits as i can would be ok in a day or so very very tired

Hope you feel Better soon dude. I had some stomach problems last year that had me in and out of the hospital for a couple months. It destroyed a entire years progress for me. I just recently got back to where I was before that.
