boom back to new week of training
and start of week 3 of cycle feeling good diet at weekend was bit of more like cheat weekend with few take aways blame the misses she had to work weekend shift and I was told to cook and take away saved a job fri and sat misses sunday dins though with apple crumble so defo ended up cheat weekend and to be honest I didn't even count any food but back to strict now and tracking everything training partner is really pushing me too |

feeling great on cycle really feel like put on some good size so far and onl few weeks in
dropped anadrol after 4 weeks felt was enough did like them just though be light of first try think will save pics for end rather than updates deit still clean and im still quite lean still even have some abs showing but day by day there are going so happy for far and feeling like this could be best cycle yet more ddue to diet knowledge much better Weetabix still play good part lmao |
