100mg test p EOD
Log in as I can guys sorry, this is mid 2nd week 6 shot in. Started at 203lbs , today I was 209.5lbs. Lifts have went up also. Lots of protein, oats, roast beef, cottage cheese, and protein in peanut butter and water. I lift mon to fri and take off the weekends. And i am 35 years old, 5,10 3/4 , bench went from 270 to 285
