i am 6' and 190lbs looking to gain at least another 20 pounds by april. i been working out for about a year now. i wanna know what else i can do/purchase to gain more muscle mass. what advice do u have and what should i order from gbn store as a first timer

^^ Solid advice. Learn, apply, learn, apply, learn some more. One year of training you've got SO much to learn you probably don't even realize it. I've had the opportunity to train with many trainers, CFL players, AM bodybuilders and still learn something new every day. Get yourself a solid foundation of at least 4-5 years of hard training, good diet, etc. first.
Everyone's so impatient and thinks that results are going to come very fast and then are discouraged when they don't. They may at first but it will slow off considerably and then you may add 10lbs to your squat every month, or 5lbs to your shoulder press every month. Consistency is key. |
i ve been working out for the past 3 years on and off. since then i have gained 35lbs. started working out at 155lbs now i am 190lbs. the highest i have been is 198lbs. i wanna be a solid 210 215

Creating these groups shall help each of you achieving your goal. I propose now each of you create his own thread here where posting current stats and a picture if wanted, then write down what will you do to achieve your goal. This will work out good if you will come daily here and update with what has been done like: took my supps, did cardio, did raise weight in bench press and the list goes on. You will also update with weekly/monthly pictures your progress. This way you will be stimulated to move on and in the same time will motivate others keep going. How this sounds to you? Who's in? |
Wondering if y'all can help i wanna bulk. Well i guess lean bulk. I want to gain muscle and lose body fat. Im 208 5' 6" 27 Im probably 12 13 % body fat. I've done bulging cycles in the past so i know how to bulk i would be comfortable staying near the same weight at around 6 to 8 % body fat. Any ideas gear and diet? My last cycle was 600mg test e and 600mg deca. Any advice will be appreciated.

ive been bulking for 2 years cycling on and off tried a very wide rang of gear moat hit lr miss trial and error. ivehad 4 hernia surgurys and pains started at 184 lbs and now today at 214 lbs im in cruise mode and getting ready for a new cycle in july picks coming soon

I'm starting bulk cycle now. Waiting for test cyp, d-bol, and test prop from gbn now. I'm 6'2 and 180, up from 6'1 and 135 in 13 months. I plan on breaking 210 by may-june. I just made the order yesterday so IT WILL arrive in about 2 and a half weeks go 3 weeks as always. Ivs always been very lean and skinny and am stoke to finally break 200 (:

Need a bit more info really. Is this to be your first cycle? Presuming it will be because of the question.
Bulking is down to diet as much as anything, though Test E and dbol are good choices. There seem to be various opinions re PCT, though just clomid is not usually at the top of the list. Give us your stats, experience with AAS, experience with training etc and you'll get a comprehensive response re what and how much to use. ps you won't go wrong with GBN |

Hi mate, good luck with the recovery. Know the feeling only too well. I would run the test at 500mg EW either in two pins or one. I've done both and never really noticed a difference.* As for Dbol, I've never used it but I'm currently running tbol at 4 ED and very pleased with the results. I would guess the Dbol would be run along the same lines though I'm sure those who gave used Dbol will advise.* Both Test and Dbol have the potential to give you gyno and plenty of water retention. You will need to consider running an AI alongside or at the very least have it on hand to be taken should gyno symptoms start. For PCT I don't like Clomid and use it minimally at the start of PCT as it blurs my vision too much. I'd research the different PCT protocols on this forum and on the Internet and come to your own decision. Your success will depend so much on your diet. AAS will help but it's whether you eat to cut or bulk that really dictates what happens. Obviously you wouldn't use Dbol if you were cutting but apart from that you need to eat loads.* Hopefully you'll get loads more responses coz as I always you should never take just one person a word. Research and research again. Good luck. *And one last suggestion . . . It might be worth knocking the cardio on the head or at least reducing it for the duration of the cycle. Going to be going hard soon here, was pretty big then I injured my knee snowboarding . So haven't worked out in a year or two but 6ft 228lbs this should be A good one since my goal was always to hit 225lbs.. Not fat at all, so not sure where the weight came from, but will be bigger than ever, athletic build, not sure what I'm using yet, but will let you guys know and maybe do a log with th pics. Would be interesting. Any Sponsors want to jump on board Message me, I'm a vet and know! My Stuff, lol worth a try..

i recently started some vitamins coq10, fish oil, aakg (l arginine),CLA thermogenics and some whey protein. and if i can remember it a gnc mega man energy pack. i used to take roughly 5days to recover from a workout i blame my diabetes for this. now with the new gusto im pumped after a workout and almost want to keep going. i hit the gym 3x a week, prepared to go 5 if need be. i was debating a 8week cycle of trenbolene and PCT of clomid i think was available. im wondering about PCT and how the juice will effect my insulin dosage. thank you in advance any and all advice an info is appreciated |

I am getting back on my square. Injurys and other setbacks have plagued my lifting career. I am as lose to 100% as i am gonna get so i am goin hard...
Went back to the gym last week and still hold good strenth for my size... RAW and untrained(out of shape) i weigh 190 and can get 205 15x on flat bench. I can still squat 225 10x. Because of those few workouts i did last week.... i am HELLA sore but super stoked to start killin it... I live in the midwest so this time of year its shitty out. So i am gonna train hard for the first half of winter then get on around Feb then it is 215 or bust til the Olympia in September! |
