did my intro so thought I'd share my bulking cycle
I am 3 weeks in so far
Week 1-14 test e 1500mgs Week 1-14 eq 1g Week 1-4 drol 100mgs ed Continue running grey tops @6iu ed Adex .5 ed Calories are at 4100 as of now but will add 500each week Protein is at 2.5 to 3 grams per body pound I am right at 234 now so we shall see how it goes |

All the years I've run eq I've found that a gram works best for me anything less doesn't seem to yield much gain also the longer I run it the better it does for me.

Update I added test ace 100mgs ed up to 244-246 good thing is my bf%is at 7-8ish. I also have changed my gh I'm doing 4iu sub-q AM and 4iu IM pm. Still adding cals 500 per week protein is at 3g per body pound. Goal is 258-265 and decided to do one more show just got a pick one it's been yrs almost 38 but I think I can hang with the younger guys still. I wanna destroy it

just quick one at 240lb and eating 3g of protien per lb thats 240x3=720 720x4=2880cals if your eating 4500 cals a day roughly what is your carb and fat intake as only 1500 cals roughly left |
I'm not madly counting calories the 4k cals r from whole food I do have a 1300cal shake at night then a shake at night when I wake up and piss those aren't added it think I'm closer to 6k if I had to guess my portion size is larger I know it's more than I think. Main focus is protein,and rest. And sometimes after eating clean all day some nights I might grab a whooper for and extra 1k .I don't eat a ton of carbs some days are pro,low carb,fat some medium carb,low fat depends.

Goal is size while not going over 8 or worst case 9%bf in past shows I'd always come in I mean perfectly but a day early except my last 2 by it was blind luck, I still remember the day my last show was over I swear in 20hour's I gained 19pounds lol

cool just threw me off a bit when said only 4500cals and nearly 3000 from protien just thought no space for the carbs and fats witch is needed for bulking

I'm at the point just counting protein I can judge the rest I was gina add 500cals a week but I'm always hungry

Started at 234 about 8%bf now up to 249 and 9%bf so happy so far

Yea I've been taking them well one each I'll post around week8 still a lot of work brother. I'm tired of eating all the time.im happy it's getting cold so i love being completely covered up till it's time that I'm comfortable I ride myself hard really concen now is my putter sweeping of my quads and trying to stay full and keep.my bf% down. I tell you one thing for sure I can tell I'm in my late 30s and not 20s anymore

Goal now is to get thick mature muscle hit my weight then I'm gonna try and do one last show. Just need help when the time comes to dial in at the right time.thought bout a coach but last one I had I knew more.

It's packing on fast just the other day I was 248-249 and just weighed myself when I got out of the shower and I'm 254 now I know that there is water weight but it's going great thus far.only change I've made is I upped my test to 2grams per week from 1500. I've run 2grams before and loved it but this time since I've brought it up I've felt like shit I'm hoping it will pass really soon. Of course diet will be meticulously planned out. I'm just not sure on which compounds and when to run them so as said above any thoughts or idea's would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

Gains are coming faster than I thought so I'm not sure if I should cut cals or what but I don't want to gain more than what I was aiming for at this rate I'll hit 260 which when I was that heavy before it was a bit much just doing everyday tasks. So not sure if I should cut the cycle short or lower my cals any input or idea's would be great thanks again I originally wanted to hit 260 but I'm just starting to feel sluggish

Scale this morning said 264 I feel good strength is way up my elbows are starting to bother me a bit and I started to up my cardio to an hour 4 to 5 times a week. I don't want to put on too much more but my body fat is up to 10% which I can deal with I figured my cals were to high so I lowered them a bit I figure I'll reach 270ish then start the weeding out of all extra bf and see where I land if I could stay at 240 and real lean I'll be beyond happy but history is I diet too long or hard and flatten out some so I'm going to watch that.
