It doesn’t matter if it’s Diet Coke or Lime Soda. You need to stay away from aerated drinks. A couple of carbonated drinks in a week can crush your fat-cutting goals and put you on the fast track to weight gain.

Over the years I had tested this and it is definitely true. For fat loss diet drinks are just as bad as full fat drinks! And health wise, I doubt they are much better. |
on diet your better off just cutting it all and getting used to it
but would never drink diet if was going to have soft drink it would always be the normal thing when I see suger free or zero cals I just think fuck that must be chemical shit storm says the man who puts chemicals into hes body |
