Water
Water is crucial for cleaning all the crap out of your system and making your body run properly. Often people who feel hungry are actually just thirsty – if you aren’t drinking a gallon of water per day make sure you make that adjustment right away. Keep a water bottle with you at your desk and sip throughout the day.
