Starting to lean out bit more 9 1/2 weeks to go starting to believe I can do it all along had doubts I'm shedding the hair the weekend. As do have abs showing but due to light or hair can't see them well in pic Oh and been tanning on beds first time ever and have to say looking good have been hitting melotan 2 250mg mon weds fri witch is quite low dose but found was all needed Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

diet has been sort of keto high fats high protein low carb first of all cut all sugar and crap not even sugar in coffee witch took some getting used to but do someone made me cup with suger in other day nearly spat it out couldn't believe how sweet was shocked me 7:30am - protein shake and some sort of fruit mostly kiwi or grapes strawberrys something quick and sweet 10:30 six whole eggs at this point not even ketchup just pepper now again get used to it also sometimes do 4 eggs with bacon just to up the fats bit 12-13:00 workout followed by shake and banana 13:30 lunch this will be meat and salad or veg 16:00 greek yoghurt and crushed seeds or nuts 18:00 dinner again meat and veg or salad 20:30 mix of things like omelette or eggs bacon or even steak still have the odd spoon of peanut butter at evening just curb hunger these times may vary im working family man so gets fitted in when and this is just rough idea of daily food also things like lemon in water to curb hunger and cups green tea other liitle things that help ie grapefruit juice in morning workout when say cardio most done in my garden or run with do my garden workout is like tyre flipping and basic circuit workouts much like what used to do many moons ago when done boxing training mon - am fasted cardio pm chest and tri reps high weight not so high tue -- back/bi weds -- cardio and abs thrs --delts traps fri am fasted cardio pm legs sat sun always family days or fishing lol drugs test e 500mg per week tren e 400mg per week clen week on week off but took couple weeks off as was on antibiotics shit it don't mix bad sides and mean bad so had to drop it only just started back up this week that has been all so far but plan is to ramp up little bit I have t3 witch going to start maybe next week also going to add for last 6 weeks test p and tren a 50mg or 75mg each 3 times week just booster will adjust to how feeling also again 5 weeks out going to add var also have Lasix for comp still need some research on this also don't melotan2 for first time doing 250mcg mon tue weds now this is really tanning me well glad didn't listen to advice of someone who said need 500mcg every day to start think may even drop it to twice week that's about it summed up in short this is not detail maybe should have done log but was bit stubborn about something also due to me thinking maybe wont make it I have done no posing practice or not even come up with routeen (witch is unjudged but still want ot be good) so going to start thinking about this now but have no money for coach so YOUTUBE will have to be my couch |

UKBFF ultimate beginners stars of tomorrow its first timers show
sunday 17th july Dartford not far for you if want to cheer me on that's been the aim or plan misses entering too in bodyfitness class and seen some of the people who do show up for these first timers shows and would think its comedy show but that's why chose it give myself best chance least everyone there is as clueless as myself planning on doing tan myself as want £50 for tan takes piss lol any recommendations on this be good they do have ppre approved UKBFF one thinking tan night before and on the day |
