I can say this.......
If you are going to do a grapefruit diet you should have a handful of dbol so you don't waste away. Huge Tom could steer you in the right direction but if you are going that caloric restrictive I would go a minimum of 15-20 mg a day. With that amount of grapefruit even a pill at 6 am, noon, and 6 pm would be a good muscle sparing regimen if you were doing sprints or jumping rope. |

If no one else says this.......
Grapefruit (without a big long scientific explanation) let's pills sit in your intestines and keep having a positive affect. Basically, you would need less of a pill if you had a steady diet of grapefruit. But since we all like extra effects, I would eat a 1/2 grapefruit for breakfast everyday if I was taking orals. |

Grapefruit Diet Plan
Breakfast: 2 slices of bacon, black coffee, half grapefruit or 8 ounces grapefruit juice, 2 eggs,
Lunch: half grapefruit or 8 ounces grapefruit juice , Salad with salad dressing, unlimited meat, Dinner: Red or green vegetables (except starchy ones such as peas, beans, corn, sweet potatoes) or salad, unlimited meat or fish, and half grapefruit or 8 ounces grapefruit juice Bedtime snack: 8 ounces skim milk or tomato juice |
