Get op and move
Sitting for extended periods can bring the metabolism rates down. Metabolism is your best friend in losing weight and fat-cutting.
Make sure you’re moving once or twice every single hour. This is especially important if you have a desk job. A walk to the water cooler or the washroom is enough. The latter will happen automatically if you do the first one well enough.
