empty stomach cardio and weight training
we all know that cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is great for fat loss, but would this be the same for weight training on an empty stomach in the morning?

As far as fat burning is concerned definitely. For muscle building it's a bit more complicated. Anyone who has trained while limiting carbs will appreciate the difference. There's a bit more to intermittent fasting than training on a empty stomach. Well worth looking into the benefits. Turns the eating every three hours idea completely on its head. |
