Eat More Fats
Fats are a hard nutrient for your body to break down. It requires more energy from your body than carbohydrates so try to eat a range of dietary fats to keep you fuller for longer. Remember, fats have 9kcals/ 1 gram so try not to overcome them either. You can still over eat them like any other nutrient, just a lot easier. Aim to consume between 20-30% of your calories from fats for optimal intake and improved satiety. Fats including: nuts, seeds, nut butters, coconut oil, olive oil and butter are some of the healthy sources available.
