Dont cardio to long !
A mistake people make is that their cardio sessions are way too long. This isn’t effective and can burn you out. Instead of one long session, you should be logging in two 20-minute sessions with a minimum six-hour interval between them.
This will make sure your metabolism is roaring throughout the day. Another benefit of two cardio sessions is the food you eat throughout the day will be burned during the evening session. Two cardio sessions in a day can sound intimidating, but the results you’ll get are worth it.
