Let yourself loose once a week. Stuff your mouth with everything you can find. Remember, it is a cheat meal and not a cheat day (heaven forbid a cheat week).
A cheat meal will push your metabolism rate through the roof. A cheat meal is something your body isn’t used to. Your body will have to make some extra effort to absorb it. Doing this once a week will keep your metabolism up for the entire following week. |
