Today i hit chest. Feeling drowsy but got some work done.

So I've been goin through alot of family stuff for a few days. I missed a couple pins and haven't been workin out but jumped back in today and did chest.
Bb incline 135 x 12 185 x 10 205 x 6 Bb flat 135 x 15 225 x 5 Pec deck flies 190 x 14 205 x 13 220 x 10 235 x 10 Flat bench into push ups for burnout 135 x 15 reps followed by 8 push ups I pushed as hard as possible but i was exhausted today. |
So i finallt got in the gym again today. Life is busy but the log and workouts will go on. I did a quick one because of time restraints. I did

Had a good back workout today. Forgot my log but i know what exercises i did. I've been sick so I'm tryin to eat as much as possible! Today for back i did
Wide pull downs Reverse flies Standing pulldowns Deads |
So i have two full bottles left. That's about 3 weeks then the 10 days to leave the system.
I go on a vacation until monday starting wed and when i get back i owe ip to give it all i have and show the quality. I'm not tryibg to compete just enjoy feeling and looking good. Will post pics at the end. |
