Ok so i started throwing up Wednesday morning and haven't had the appetite or energy to go back to the gym. Next week I'll be ready for it! =)

So i had to watch my son yesterday but I'm back at it today. I found my log book after the gym... Go figure lol.
Today i did legs and i can def feel the time i missed and a little lost strength but I'm eating good now and despite everyone's including mine i uped sust to 1050mg/week Its been a while since I've ran a gram a week so let's see what happens. Gor legs i did Squats Hack squats Lunges Iso machine ext Reg machine ext Was exhausted after this little bit. Lost a few pounds while i was sick as well |
Got back in today. Feeling weak frim being sick but strength is on a slow steady rise. I really really like this primo.
Just so we're all up to date here's my situation. I work one full time job and one part time plus i have a nine month old that my gf and i swap back and forth to avoid daycare. I'm hittin the gym and the food every second i have free. I was lethargic today but i did hit back with my log finally lol. Wide grip pulls 160 x 15 190 x 10 205 x 8 Deads (don't laugh haven't done them in yrs) 135 x 10 225 x 10 275 x 5 Close grip pulldowns 55 x 15 70 x 10 85 x 8 Db rows 65 x 12 70 x 10 75 x 8 Reverse flies 20 x 15 25 x 12 30 x 10 As of now I'm taking 1050mg sust/week 600mg primo/week 75mg primo ace oral 50mg proviron daily Hcg 500iu once a week |
Flat bb bench
135 x 20 225 x 10 245 x 6 Incline bb bench 135 x 12 155 x 10 185 x 4 (almost failure but no spotter) Pec deck flies 160 x 15 190 x 12 205 x 10 Burnout of bb flat bench then straight into pushups. 135 x 13> 7 pushups My stamina us still low from being sick but getting better. Gettin alot of compliments which is always nice plus my weight is rising a lb every day or 2. Weighed in at 196 today |
So i made it to the gym today but i only have 3 days this week i can workout.
I did shoulders, bi's and tri's today. Been missin arm day so why not lol. Had a solid workout. Getting stronger and more vascular with every workout. I was washing dishes yesterday and got a pump so strong it felt like a cramp. I'll post updated pics in a week or two |
I went in to do legs today. My ankle has an old injury and doesn't have bone just pins and screws. Needless to say i did something to it during calf raises.
Going home to ice it down and hope it doesn't get worse. I can't afford setbacks like this |
Had a real good chest workout today. Life is crazy juggling all these things but I'm gettin my workouts and food in which are most important for my goals at the moment. Today i did

Had a good leg workout today. Could barely walk leaving the gym. I did

Holy shit brother, your strength is skyrocketing! Benching 225x10 then 275x3, wow I remember when you were struggling with 205. Awesome I guess that gram of test and some primo is working well!

I hear you on the dreaded PCT lol.. I've been on something the better part of two years with maybe a combined total of 6 weeks completely off. I just turned 35 so my natural test probably aren't super high anyway. Even if I managed to get them up to 600-800 naturally I'll bet it still feels better to be on TRT, since natural T fluctuates so much throughout the day, whereas TRT is stable. I do need to get on TRT doses for a while because I'm losing too much hair even on 240mg of test... I'll probably go down to 150mg. That's great you're responding so well to a gram. If it weren't for hair loss I'd be pounding 600-750mg right now. On 600 test and 600 Deca my strength was going up effortlessly. An 85 lb dumbbell row felt light I could just row it forever I think I did 23 reps per arm, lol. |

I've rounded off around my shoulders alot and my gf keeps on saying i look huge when i was staying around 200 for months but wasn't as lean |

So the water main by my gym broke fri night and it's been closed by the health dept for no water and/or boil water notice. I work in a restaurant right on the edge of where the water is good again. We've been slammed and putting in work for 3 straight days!

So i have two full bottles left. That's about 3 weeks then the 10 days to leave the system.
I go on a vacation until monday starting wed and when i get back i owe ip to give it all i have and show the quality. I'm not tryibg to compete just enjoy feeling and looking good. Will post pics at the end. |

Well i got back in the gym today after a week out. I hate that my life is so crazy right now. I've got 2 bottles left then I'll show final pics and stats.
I did legs today but forfot my log. I did 4 sets of everything. Squats Stiff leg deads Leg Extensions Leg curls Short of life throwing curve balls this is the best recomp cycle I've ever done. Kalpa gear is fire!!! |
Hit the gym again hard today. Fillin back out nicely after that week hiatus. Still weighin in between 190-195. Leaner than ever.
