Ok so i started throwing up Wednesday morning and haven't had the appetite or energy to go back to the gym. Next week I'll be ready for it! =)

So i had to watch my son yesterday but I'm back at it today. I found my log book after the gym... Go figure lol.
Today i did legs and i can def feel the time i missed and a little lost strength but I'm eating good now and despite everyone's including mine i uped sust to
1050mg/week
Its been a while since I've ran a gram a week so let's see what happens. Gor legs i did

Was exhausted after this little bit. Lost a few pounds while i was sick as well

Got back in today. Feeling weak frim being sick but strength is on a slow steady rise. I really really like this primo.
Just so we're all up to date here's my situation. I work one full time job and one part time plus i have a nine month old that my gf and i swap back and forth to avoid daycare. I'm hittin the gym and the food every second i have free. I was lethargic today but i did hit back with my log finally lol.

My stamina us still low from being sick but getting better. Gettin alot of compliments which is always nice plus my weight is rising a lb every day or 2. Weighed in at 196 today

So i made it to the gym today but i only have 3 days this week i can workout.
I did shoulders, bi's and tri's today. Been missin arm day so why not lol.
Had a solid workout. Getting stronger and more vascular with every workout. I was washing dishes yesterday and got a pump so strong it felt like a cramp.
I'll post updated pics in a week or two

I went in to do legs today. My ankle has an old injury and doesn't have bone just pins and screws. Needless to say i did something to it during calf raises.
Going home to ice it down and hope it doesn't get worse. I can't afford setbacks like this

Holy shit brother, your strength is skyrocketing! Benching 225x10 then 275x3, wow I remember when you were struggling with 205. Awesome I guess that gram of test and some primo is working well!

It's kinda funny argon. I felt like i had low t with my test lower than the primo and that's why i upped it. Crazy thing is in two weeks I've gotten stronger then i would on tren and I'm leaner. I'm posting pics tomorrow but i can say I'm almost positive it's the leanest I've been in many moons lol....
Possibly ever. Def love some kalpa gear. It is pharma grade

That must be why they say test is best! A gram is around the ideal dosage. I'm running that second bottle of bold Cyp you gave me, cruising on 240mg of t-400 and 200mg of bold, definitely maintaining good fullness and great workouts. I agree Kalpa is very dependable and consistently dosed. I just received my Kalpa Anavar, Dbol and Nolva. I look forward to trying Anavar for the first time.

You'll love var. I wouldn't use more than 50mg. I get insane lower back pumps on it. I bet kalpa has some great var too. I just ordered more pct stuff. Been on 5 yrs straight it's going to be hard to get t levels back up. Gonna give it a try though.

I got 2 packs of the 20mg, 50ct so I'll probably just take two per day. I could run it 50 days at 40mg.

I hear you on the dreaded PCT lol.. I've been on something the better part of two years with maybe a combined total of 6 weeks completely off. I just turned 35 so my natural test probably aren't super high anyway. Even if I managed to get them up to 600-800 naturally I'll bet it still feels better to be on TRT, since natural T fluctuates so much throughout the day, whereas TRT is stable. I do need to get on TRT doses for a while because I'm losing too much hair even on 240mg of test... I'll probably go down to 150mg.

That's great you're responding so well to a gram. If it weren't for hair loss I'd be pounding 600-750mg right now. On 600 test and 600 Deca my strength was going up effortlessly. An 85 lb dumbbell row felt light I could just row it forever I think I did 23 reps per arm, lol.

We're the same age. I turn 36 in a few months. I'm going to give pct a solid run. I just ordered more proviron clomid nolva and hcg so i can keep trying to get off of everything at least for a few years.... But we'll see =)

Sounds good bro, I think working out and eating well can keep anyone's tests levels at a decent level. Alot of Natty guys on YouTube are pretty good size and only have a mid range test level of 500 or so, so you should feel pretty good if you can produce that amount.

I weighed 187 this morning fasted fresh out of bed. I would normally be upset but I'm harder and leaner than I've been in many moons.
This is my first primo run and it's the bread and butter of recomp. I've rounded off around my shoulders alot and my gf keeps on saying i look huge when i was staying around 200 for months but wasn't as lean

So the water main by my gym broke fri night and it's been closed by the health dept for no water and/or boil water notice. I work in a restaurant right on the edge of where the water is good again. We've been slammed and putting in work for 3 straight days!

So i have two full bottles left. That's about 3 weeks then the 10 days to leave the system.
I go on a vacation until monday starting wed and when i get back i owe ip to give it all i have and show the quality. I'm not tryibg to compete just enjoy feeling and looking good. Will post pics at the end.

I plan on giving this log 110%. I've been using gear a while but i know there's another level attainable for myself so I'm lookin for it!
I'll log workouts as much as possible and as far as diet mine isn't great but that's something else I'm working in too.
Any constructive criticism is welcome.
I'll also be adding a starting pic in a few days. Log starts tomorrow!!

As far as the gear goes... I pinned last night in my quad to see if there was going to be pip. 2.5cc went in smooth as butter with no pain during injection or now.

Thank you sir. I worked really hard and the gear quality is amazing. Kalpa is a game changer. I have my last 2 bottles and i owe it to ironpharm and myself to take my vacation until monday (next nobday(\then I'm going hard as i can 110%!!

I want people to understand the quality of this gear and as bad as i hate to admit it i couldn't give the 110% the whole time. Life threw many curve balls but i will fight and finish this log with pics and a final review!!!

Short of life throwing curve balls this is the best recomp cycle I've ever done. Kalpa gear is fire!!!

Hit the gym again hard today. Fillin back out nicely after that week hiatus. Still weighin in between 190-195. Leaner than ever.

I agree 100%. I saved up and got everything over about 6 months worth of rep pay and just wanted to log it to show the quality of kalpa. The only problem is there are too many good domestic ugl's to sell alot of international products. Especially when you can get it domestic for the same price or cheaper. I know it's worth it but your average jo is looking for the best deal and if it's cheaper and they avoid customs that's even better in their eyes.
I hope thst doesn't offend the sponsors but that's the feedback i keep getttin
