All kalpa sust, primo, and winny log
I've always wanted to run primo but because of cost and finding a solid source it's been impossible. I believe in kalpa's quality so i figured why not use them. I'll be running
575mg sust a week 600mg primo a week I plan on giving this log 110%. I've been using gear a while but i know there's another level attainable for myself so I'm lookin for it! I'll log workouts as much as possible and as far as diet mine isn't great but that's something else I'm working in too. Any constructive criticism is welcome. I'll also be adding a starting pic in a few days. Log starts tomorrow!! |
Well i forgot my log book today but i def killed some legs. I'm working on legs twice a week because it's by far my weakness.
As far as the gear goes... I pinned last night in my quad to see if there was going to be pip. 2.5cc went in smooth as butter with no pain during injection or now. I'll get pics posted tomorrow |
Had to skip the gym today. I work 2 jobs but this won't happen often. Ill post pics later tonight.

I had a good bi and tri workout today. I've got to get a newclog book before monday I've misplaced mine. I'll start posting uo numbers monday.

The past two days I've had my boy with me and work so i missed Mon and Tuesday. Things will be smooth again by tomorrow

Sorry for going mia guys. Life got me for a week but I've got 4 days a week i know i can work out now so log and pinning start back up tomorrow.
I haven't pinned but once this week but i have 5 more bottles of primo on the way. Might start the primo tabs too. I'll let you guys know |

I did supersets. 3 sets of each Dumbbell curls and dumbbell tri extensions Cable curls and cable kickbacks Hammer curls and weighted dips I took hardly no breaks because of the day and other priorities. Happy 4th everyone!!! |
Just a heads up i leave for the beach Sunday morning so my lack of communication or working out is due to a much needed vacation!!!!

I know the primo is just kickin in but I'm loving this cycle. The women are making comments and guys asking questions as well. I have leaned out some but still getting stronger. Since it's my 1st primo run i must say i have seen zero sides besides increased appetite and all gear does that to me.
I do put faith in kalpa so hopefully after vacation i can jump back in wide open and really show some transformation. |

Managed to sneak in a workout today. Time will be limited until monday. By monday I'll have another log book and will keep this log alot more detailed.
Weighed in @192 today. Love the primo so far. Going to add the oral primo at 75mg a day starting monday. |
Ok i didn't make it to the gym yesterday but i went today and did legs. I also started pinning right again (mon, wed, fri) and i started the primo ace tabs.
I'm going to add 75mg of primo tabs in on workout days until they're gone. I worked out legs and shoulders today. I'm doing horrible at bringing a log book but i did Squats Lunges Iso extensions Hamstring curls Calf raises For shoulders Dumbbell presses Dumbbell raises Shrugs Cable shoulder extensions |

Per usual i left my log book today but i got in a good chest and tri workout. I did

My gf never says anything she even mentioned i looked huge today!!! Gains comin!! |

Didn't bring me log today once again but i had a great bi//tri/back workout. I couldn't do deads because i had some smoking hot chick using the station for a few things. However, she looked real good using it so i decided to take a look and leave lol.
I know my libido is high but damn! I live in a health town and wish i could get a pic with some of these ladies to show you guys. I know everyone has that one at the gym but they all look good now lol. I think my test levels are up |

I was gonna say we have similar strength levels until I saw that 3 plate squat for 6 reps! Lol I've never touched 3 plates on squats. The compliments you're getting is it because of the quality look primo is giving you as in no water retention and a harder, rounder look to the muscle?

After nine months with my baby besides being at work i got a sitter for a few hrs today. Hit the gym fast and super setted back and bis. Not a great workout and i love my lil boy but I'm due this break lol

Sorry for the mia for a few days. My family is in town but i did make it to the gym today to do some super sets. I did 4 exercises for each body part with a 20-30 second pause between. I did back, bi's and tri's. Not the best workout but def beats skipping.

Today i did chest and shoulders and had a really good workout. Starting today i started the 2nd pack of 50 count 25mg primo tabs today. I've been using 75mg of oral primo on top of my 600mg/week of primo e. So far I'm loving this cycle. Def leaning out and making slow but seem like solid gains. I'll have another log book asap! |
