September 29, 2015 at 12:08 pm by Joe Lorio SHARE TWEET Tesla Model X Tesla is about to officially deliver the first of its Model X crossovers, but one key fact about the new model is out now: its range. According to the EPA, owners can expect to travel up to 257 miles on a charge. The 257-mile figure is for the Model X 90D, which also nets an EPA rating of 92 MPGe. The more powerful P90D version is rated at 250 miles and 89 MPGe. All-wheel drive—as denoted by the ‘D’ in the model names—is standard with either version. The company had estimated the vehicle’s range at 240 miles. Previously revealed specs also show the Model X to have a 155-mph top speed and a factory-claimed zero-to-60 time of 3.8 seconds—or 3.2 seconds with the available Ludicrous Mode update.
