tin tuna, tomatos, sweetcorn washed down with a protein shake

mid afternoon
3 slices of wholemeal seeded bread with peanut butter

tea
wholemeal pasta with chilli sauce, meatballs, asparagus, carrots, sweetcorn

you can see my chest and shoulders and gut are alot more fuller.......:D

test e jab this mornin

breakfast
3 cups of oats, 5 eggs and 1 yolk with a handful of sultanas(thought id have a change...lol) washed down with a cup of tea.

protein shake made with 500ml of milk
