The only supps I'm taking right now are
Creatine mono15-20 grams Nuero core 2 scoops before work out I need to add a weight gainer or protien powder but with Christmas my daughters bday and my girlfriends bday all with in 5 days I have NOO money after the first I'm buying one. |

Had a six peice chicken nugget large fry and powerade and a triple whopper yep two different fast food spots you know there are some calories in that.

I've been sick these last couple days my stomach in nots. I didn't eat yester day at all and have been peeing out of my ass! I'm trying to force feed myself today trying to get back to it. I probably will not hit the gym till tommorow.
So hopefully this goes away cause I hate feeling like this! |
